Hello all; This is me,  C.D. Clark. I've had a love for music since I was a kid. I used to sit and watch my grandma and dad play guitar and sing songs. My grandma used to make up lyrics and all us grandkids would sit around her and sing, laugh and try to help make up songs. I didn't really embrace playing music since I was big time ADD growing up and couldn't sit still to learn guitar and write my thoughts, " although I tried several times". I finally became older, relaxed just a bit and decided it was time to chase that dream. I have  written over 200 songs, on my spare time between raising a family and working a full time job, I learned some music theory to put music to those songs, I play out as time permits and keep hacking away at lyrics trying to tie the music to them. The goal is to get this music out there, sharing my life stories in songs with people and have fun.
I don't want to look back on life and say I never tried. So here I am. Chasing a dream to defeat regret... I would suggest everyone try it out. I've had my high's and lows, laughed and cried on the stage. Forgot words, learned to laugh at myself and not take life too seriously.
Going forward I've gained some confidence and have grown my dream to play some bigger venue's, Complete an album, get some more songs signed and try to make a living with my music. I'm looking forward to new adventures, making new friends, get material for new songs,  I'm sure I'll make more mistakes. But I've impressed myself by getting this far. If I can do it anyone can.
I truly hope you enjoy the songs and share them. I sincerely thank you for stopping by and giving it a listen.
